THE CHALLENGE
T. Rowe Price wanted to develop the capability of the to-be-organized phone representative teams. This included changing call content from information and service to investment excellence, supporting the brand, and objective guidance.

MY ROLE
I designed and developed the site in HTML, JavaScript, Flash, QuickTime, and Perl.
