THE COMPANY
Based in Denver, Colorado, Janus Capital Group Inc. is a leading asset manager offering individual investors and institutional clients complementary asset management disciplines through the firm’s global distribution network.

THE CHALLENGE
One goal of moving towards ebusiness is to provide information and content to individuals in the most convenient form. The web provides a new channel for providing information, which is why Janus needed a training program that would help the organization migrate its business, investors, and systems towards ebusiness.

MY ROLE
I designed and developed the site that provides information, guidelines, knowledge and skills required to work effectively in the new organization.
