THE COMPANY
Archstone-Smith is one of the nation's leading owners, operators, developers and acquirers of apartments, with an irreplaceable portfolio of garden-style and high-rise apartment properties in protected locations in major metropolitan areas across the country.

THE CHALLENGE
Archstone-Smith needed an on-line system that would enable the managers attending the Practice of Leadership training program to receive instrumented feedback on their application of 34 behaviors identified as essential to the success of Archstone-Smith managers. The feedback report is generated using responses to an on-line survey of up to 10 of their direct reports and peers.

MY ROLE
I designed and developed the feedback system in HTML, ASP, and Access Database.
